========================================================================
I am diagnosed with Ovarian Cyst recently.
I experienced severe pain in my lower abdomen and doctor confirmed after tests
that I am having Ovarian Cyst. She suggested me to operate it soon. One of
friend told me to have consultation with an Ayurvedic Expert for another opinion
before going to surgery. So doctor, I wanted to know that what is exactly
ovarian cyst and how it takes place? What you suggest me? Should I go for
surgery and remove my cyst or else what is the best option for me, kindly help
me out!!
As you said that you are diagnosed with ovarian cyst I would like you to make understand first that what it, what causes it is is and what are the signs and symptoms and of course what is the solution for it. Well, an ovarian cyst is an accumulation of fluid with in an ovary that is surrounded by a thin wall. A female has two ovaries, small round organs which release an egg every month. The egg moves into the uterus, where it can be fertilized by a male sperm. The egg is formed in a follicle which contains fluid to protect the growing egg. When the egg is released the follicle bursts. In some cases, the follicle either does not shed its fluid and shrink after releasing the egg, or does not release the egg. The follicle swells with fluid and form a follicular ovarian cyst. These can range widely in size from being as small as a pea or larger like an orange. Majority of ovarian cysts are harmless. Many women have ovarian cysts at some time during their lives. Sometimes it doesn't show any symptom where some women experience hard pain attacks. Signs and symptoms of ovarian cyst may include, irregular menstruation, pain in the pelvis, pelvic pain during sexual intercourse, pressure on the bowels, pressure on the rectum, heaviness of the abdomen, problem fully emptying the bladder and so many.
